Appointment: Pre-Attendance Information
Before you attend your appointment at the clinic please read the information below.
- Have you been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case or suspected case of Covid-19 in the last 14 days?
- If you feel unwell in any way, please do not attend the clinic and PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!
To minimise chances of any spread please arrive at your allotted time, not before, as we want to ensure there is no cross over of people in the clinic waiting room. Please wait outside of the door and we will call you in. You must come into clinic on your own. We have sanitiser on the desk please could you use it as you come in.
We want to make sure we have cleaned and sanitised the clinic to prevent and risk of cross contamination before you come further into the clinic. We will leave the treatment room door and weather permitting, windows open to allow ventilation. You and your therapist will be the only ones in the building, so you have complete privacy.
Masks: We will be wearing a mask when you arrive. We would ask, for the time being, that you wear a mask too.
Gloves: We may use gloves when treating you but be assured that if we do not use gloves our hand washing and sanitising will be very thorough.
Couch and Towels: The couch will be covered in a plastic wipeable cover. The pillow will also be in a wipeable case. We will not be able to use towels to cover you so please could you bring a towel and wear comfy, stretchy clothing to limit the amount you need to undress for treatment.
After each patient we will be wiping down the couch, door handles, chairs, desk, card machine and any other areas that patients have used, be assured this will always be done before your arrival.

£55.00 for new patient consultation.
£48.00 per follow up appointment.
Opening times are long and varied, please telephone the clinic for an appointment. If no one answers please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.
Note: Once we have contacted you all answer phone messages are automatically deleted.
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice of cancellation so we can offer that appointment to someone else.
