Appointment: Pre-Attendance Information
Before you attend your appointment at the clinic please read the information below.
Have you been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case or suspected case of Covid-19 in the last 14 days?
You must wait for 14 days of being symptom free or from being in contact with anyone with symptoms of the virus before calling to make an appointment.
To minimise chances of any spread please arrive at your allotted time, not before, as we want to ensure there is no cross over of people in the clinic waiting room. Please wait outside in your car or outside of the door and we will call you in. You must come into clinic on your own.
We have sanitiser on the desk please could you use it as you come in. We want to make sure we have cleaned and sanitised the clinic to prevent and risk of cross contamination before you come further into the clinic. We will leave the treatment room door and weather permitting, windows open to allow ventilation. You and your therapist will be the only ones in the building, so you have complete privacy.
Mask: We will be wearing a mask when you arrive. We will be changing our masks after every patient for a fresh clean mask. If you have a mask and would like to wear it, we are very happy for you to do so.
Apron/Clinic Coats: We decided not to wear aprons but put on a clean, fresh top before every patient. For us, this would reduce the risk of any cross contamination as aprons do not cover enough of the body. We may not be wearing a clinic coat but an appropriate clinical top.
Gloves: We may use gloves when treating you but be assured that if we do not use gloves our hand washing and sanitising will be very thorough.
Couch & Modesty Covers: The couch will be covered in a plastic wipeable cover. The pillow will also be in a wipeable case. We will not use modesty towels to cover you so please feel free to bring your own.
After each patient we will be wiping down the couch, door handles, chairs, desk, card machine and any other areas that patients have used, be assured this will always be done before your arrival.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
